    New to CrossFit? This is the perfect place to start. We have a comprehensive Elements program to evaluate your level of fitness and build the foundation you’ll need to join group classes. CrossFit is infinitely scalable. Every movement has an easier version. We can decrease the required range of motion to suit your current level of flexibility. We can reduce the weight to meet you at your strength level. The ultimate goal is to build you up gradually and safely, so that you can make incremental but consistent gains. Most athletes see a major difference in their fitness and confidence after 6 months of consistent attendance.

  • experienced

    If you are an experienced CrossFit athlete, you can jump right in to group classes, or drop in on your visit to San Francisco. We have full daily schedule of classes - morning, afternoon and evening, as well as open gym times. We have 5,000 square feet of training space, a main right with 12 lifting stations, and a wealth of equipment to meet any training needs. Your membership gets you access to both South Park and our Potrero Hill location.

    Are you a high-level CrossFit athlete, looking to push harder with a competitive experience? We have perfect offerings for you. We are the only CrossFit in San Francisco (along with out sister box, CrossFit Potrero Hill) that has FOUR CF-L3 Coaches. We offer a Competitor Training Class every Tuesday evening from 5:30 - 7:30PM, as well as dedicated Olympic Lifting classes on Sunday mornings at 9:00AM and 10:30AM.

“I went to the free intro class with my friend to check it out, not really knowing what to expect. I'll admit that walking in that very first time felt a bit intimidating at first since another class had just ended, but it also gave a glimpse of what the regular classes are like. Coach Chris went through an intro of the studio, fitness, class, and more. He walked us through a warmup and intro workout, including alignment details and any modifications if needed.
Following that intro, we signed up for their Group Elements month for beginners (to attend Elements and Crossfit Lite classes at any of their gym locations), then ultimately tested out to join the regular Crossfit classes.
Each coach's teaching/training style is a bit different, so it has been helpful to get a sense of their style and learn from the different cues and adjustments they suggested. I won't lie, the classes are challenging and downright hard most of the time, but the coaches work with you to find your level and then push you and encourage you to what they think you can do so you can improve and grow. While going to crossfit started as a curiosity aftering seeing an ad on IG (especially as someone who grew up without an athletic or even a movement background), CFSP has since motivated me to keep pushing through to see what my strengths are and what else I'm capable of!”

CrossFit South Park is now open!
